So much for the austerity plan. At the memorial service Friday, I ate a BBQ sandwich, baked beans, and 2 cookies. Left the service and went to a chocolate shop and had 2 truffles and a small choco bar. Went to mom's and had 2 fistfuls of peanut M&Ms. Went home and had some grilled steak and sausage with corn. Then had a frozen yogurt with toppings.
Saturday, we went out and I had a Big Bad Breakfast skillet with biscuit and jelly. Had a protein bar for lunch and then sushi for supper.
I am not being the best me I can be. I guess I'll mulligan those days and try to do better today.
