Had a fabulous dinner last night at Highlands. I had a grass-fed ribeye steak from a local farm with fingerling potatoes and greens gratin, a Gulf shrimp and avocado appetizer, and coconut cake with creme Anglaise. Mr C had Alaskan halibut with spring Vegetable ragoût, beets, and fava beans. His appetizer was a beef tartine and his dessert was blueberry cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream. So rich, we were out cold before 10pm. This is not diet food, but it sure was worth it.
