The clear goal is to stay focused on eating healthy and feeling good while not worrying too much about actually losing the weight. I am never going to wake up looking dramatically different than I do today. So I choose to be happy today, to enjoy my body today, to enjoy my food today. I must live in a manner consistent with my beliefs and with my desires. I am everything I need to be to be happy today.
