I was really bad this past week and all weekend. I completely fell off my healthy eating choice. I had mexican food, TGI Fridays twice, Chili's and Papa Johns. I didnt even eat that poorly in a week even before this new healthy lifestyles. Never again! Getting back into the routine today! Planning to hit the gym twice as hard to make up for those past bad habits.
