This is my go to shake after a workout. I use Her Whey Chocolate Éclair because it has a cinnamon taste to it. I add a frozen banana and chia seeds with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and some ice. It tastes so good, and it curbs my appetite.

@nthompson540 Pistachio gelato 🍨 is my favorite!! I had to give it up also, but I sometimes get it as a reward for my cheat meal. I like making this because it’s sweet but not bad for me, and it definitely tricks you into thinking it’s ice cream. It has the Wendy’s frosty texture. Have you tried the Halo Top ice cream? I get it when I just absolutely MUST have some ice cream.

its so nice to see someone with similar weight goals... I am 125 and my goal is 112... I feel sort of out of place here because i am considered a healthy weight already... I have weighed as little as 103lbs in my adult life but I think that 110-115 is a reasonable goal... (also we both have military husbands..) good luck on your weight loss!

@tabbshealth @rachael.l.dixon People always make so many comments when a person who doesn’t weigh much wants to lose weight. 😪 Just because I weigh less than 140 doesn’t mean I’m not putting on pounds in the wrong places. It’s so much harder for people who weigh less. You can excercise day in and day out or barely at all and eat decently or not and no matter what you do, it’s hard to either gain weight or lose it. I used to try to gain weight on purpose. With three years of hitting the gym and being in good shape, I weighed 130. I work full time now and go to school full time, so most of my day is standing or sitting, with some walking, and now, I suddenly gained 5 pounds after doing this for a few years, but it’s all in my midsection. 😭. All I want is some semi-decent looking abs and not to watch myself roll up when I sit down. 😅 The only limit is your own inhibition though! Keep up the good work! Sounds like you guys are doing way better than I am. I do not eat good at all, which I really need to fix.

@mgmr70 I bought it on Amazon. They have just about everything, and it gets shipped straight to my house.

@tabbshealth @codye11 Y’all I hear ya! It’s so hard to get rid of that last little bit!! It’s all in my midsection and thighs. I workout, eat healthy, and try to stay active, but it’s difficult! We can do it!
