I want to blame hormones - buts it's just plain laziness. my new job is 100% sedentary. I dont go to gym anymore. I just can't get myself to wake up at 6:00 a.m. anymore BUT I MUST do something. Today, I brought my sneakers and am going to walk at lunch time and after work. I'm not going to look at the scale every day BUT I am going to look at it at least 1x per week.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
