Well this is the second day, and I have failed already. That's ok. I'm starting over thanks to my friends helping me. By me starting over we can syncronize with each other, and that will help us be more accountable to each other. So today is an up day, tomorrow a down day. Tomorrow I'll have an egg, a cup of milk, maybe with some ovaltine in it for breakfast, and then broth, herbal tea and water for in between meals, for lunch asparagus, a piece of chicken with Salsa on top, then dinner, not sure what for dinner. I pray that I do better tomorrow. at least I'm staying under 2,000 calories as of right now. My other goal is to be better active/exercising. Tomorrow is another day, Lord willing.

Man, it is hard to get 2,000 calories. I'm so full. I'm done for the day. Tomorrow, a down day. It's going to be interesting.
