Holding steady. Noticing the changes in my clothes but not necessarily on the scale. I was told that would happen. However, can't help but gauge myself by a method ingrained in me. Maybe I need to shift to a bi-weekly or even a monthly weigh in.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya T - I was a slave to the scale and it inevitably let me down, lol. I find the tape measure is also a good way to see if you are shrinking. Keep up the good work

Thanks C. Stared seeing a personal trainer a few weeks ago and we took measurements at the beginning. We're scheduled to measure again at the 10 week mark. Think I might try and stay off until then.
