Feeling a little guilty due to not fasting as long as intended this week. Today ate egg omelet with onions, peppers and mushrooms with bacon. Twice. Lunch and dinner. Not into spending much time in the kitchen. 😏. Maybe I can try fasting again in a week or two. Meanwhile intermittent 18/6 daily. Working on staying keto.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
