I was into Day 5 water fasting but I've been weak and hungry this whole time. That's never happened before. Don't know what is going on but I felt like I really needed the nutrition so I broke the fast earlier than planned. I'm bummed. But I will try again soon. Meanwhile I'll do intermittent 18/6 like I've done for several weeks.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Remember that you are dumping toxins from your body that you HAVE to process! Until you have enough magnesium on board to do it, you will crave food because your body will be trying to get it. Chocolate is one source of it that most of us have eaten (not a great source! But it can end up being something you crave because of it.) Avocados, pumpkin seeds, curly green lettuces...much lower calorie sources...😉😝
