So so so frustrating. I've eaten less than 1000 calories a day for almost a week yet I'm gaining weight!! What the heck! This is keto!! I've been trying keto for nearly 3 weeks now. Barely any progress. Now I've gained instead of losing.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
