My attitude towards weight loss shifts much more dramatically than my weight itself, from concern that I'm reducing too quickly to disappointment that I'm slowing down or holding steady. Chill out, me, and have some oatmeal.
127.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
