Had a couple of blah days, not sleeping well, Mom is having fits over my brother for no good reason. Really need heavier dumbbells to keep this project on track. Spotting.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
