I don't feel great about this weigh in, even though it's my lowest yet. I haven't been eating enough during the day because I've started a new job and my anxiety makes it hard for me to finish a meal. I'm not sure I'm even in ketosis anymore! Although I'm still losing weight, I'm concerned it's not fat I'm losing.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great! If you feel like you're not eating enough, maybe add a small snack in a couple times per day and see if that helps. One way my nutritionist told me to know if I'm eating enough, is if I get light headed, I may need to eat more. Good luck!
