Had a busy day yesterday, went to bed past my bedtime and this morning I woke up lazy. Did not gym as hard as I could and should, but I guess half a gym session is better than no gym session. Good luck for the weekend, guys. It's always the hardest part of any eating plan/diet.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hate sounding like I have super powers but I eat junk and enjoy my weekends and still stay on track. Perhaps try the methods I follow and it will give you the same flexibility to also enjoy weekends without going off the rails in your results :)

And it's because of your super powers that I've asked for your advice. Starting with 16:8 IF on Monday. Thanks again and enjoy the weekend with all it's party favours

With 16:8 an important aspect of it is what you eat in your 8 hour feeding window. Too much carbs and excess calories can negate any benefits of it so try keeping the food clean and wholesome during the week and indulge on weekends :)
