yesterday was a high carb for breakfast experiment. I am attempting to put an end to my compulsory eating when I first get home... I had for the past several years eaten peanuts when I get home... come to find out that's a poor choice... apple or grapefruit might be better but much less satisfaction.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
