Up a little this week, but not overly concerned. Ate well and exercised. Started a new weight training schedule that's a little more intense so expected to see the scales up a bit. Should be able to see a little progress by the end of the month.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
