Yesterday was the last day of my birthday week. I gained a few pounds. I’m changing up my diet again for between 35-40 fiber and reeling back the dairy. I’ll eat only yogurt and some cheese in the future. Going to strict pescatarian as well. Veggies veggies veggies.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

BJJG thanks. It’s hard when you have friends taking you out all week. Drinks etc. Time to refocus on the sub~190 goal and get out my golf ⛳️ clubs. 🏌️‍♂️
