I’m going to try something new and eat more or most of my cals for my first meal after fasting. Then two medium ones after. So like 750/400/400. Gives more time to digest the big one before bed
188.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1588 kcal Fat: 74.88g | Prot: 92.09g | Carb: 144.53g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Kirkland Signature Omega-3 Fish Oil. Lunch: Sour Cream, Black Beans (Canned), Brown Rice, Wal-Mart 6" Flour Tortillas, Kroger Eggs (Large), Market Pantry Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four-cheese Blend Cheese, Trader Joe's Lentil Soup with Vegetables. Dinner: Fairlife Vanilla Yogurt, Kroger Unsalted Peanuts, Olive Oil , Earthbound Farm Romaine. Snacks/Other: Butter (Salted) , Cabbage , Whole Milk, Elevation Chocolate Protein Powder. more...

I have always heard eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. So perhaps you're onto it. 🙃
