My body seems to be getting the memo. I put 1600 non processed calories into my body every day with less than 50 grams of total sugars and less than 20 grams of white processed sugar and my weight goes down accordingly. Slowly. Steadily. 20 lbs in a year. I just need to go 5 lbs more but I’m actually happy with 193lbs now. I’d like to get off my cholesterol meds though. Or at least titrate down
193.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
