This is going to be a hard plateau to break. I gained back 2.5 lbs over the weekend but then didn’t a lot of us? Also quit vaping on Saturday and that could be the reason for the appetite going up. Using tobacco to lose weight works but isn’t healthy or sustainable. Had 4 drinks last week total. Harm reduction is working
196.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
