If you mean plantar fasciitis, try this link, it seems to cover causes, and cures. :) https://www.southerncross.co.nz/group/medical-library/plantar-fasciitis-symptoms-treatment I've had it before and helped it go away by wearing my tramping boots at work (concrete floor) together with my gaiters. The gaiters just made sure the tendons stayed super warm.

I had to end up having a cortisone injection in my foot but it did get rid and has been clear for years now, they say rolling the sole of your foot on a golf ball helps as well

I dealt with it for over a year, it sucks. stretching is the very first thing. morning, afternoon, night. Look up plantar fasciitis stretches. It's for both your calves and your feet. I'd also recommend getting two rollers, one for your calfs and a foot massager. roll your calves at least once a day There is research showing greater improvement in plantar fasciitis pain with calf rolling. the foot massager will help massage the tendon that is too tight. it will hurt, but it helps. If you can't find a foot roller, a tennis ball or some hard ball will work. Like DJ said, try not to walk barefoot on the floor. get some cushioned sandals or slippers. Flip flops make it worse, avoid them. And inserts from the drug store can help with heal pain. longer term if stretching doesn't get rid of it completely, a Dr can get you custom inserts. I hope some of that helps!

Thank you everyone for the good advise. I did in fact mean planters foot, and I also meant to type start back up again on excersize . I have 4 children, and if I make a post it has to be fast. And I did sleep with a boot on last night, not a medical one but this helped allot just not entirely. I am going to start back up again and excersize and take my after stretches more seriously. Thank you all for the support, and if things do not end soon I think I might get that shot. 😉

look up bob & brad on YouTube. They are physical therapists and have a lot of different things to try for plantar's. some is as simple as rolling a tennis ball around under your foot along with icing. key for me is replacing the insides of my walking shoes on a regular basis.

Get you some skechers! I use to hurt sooo bad in my feet because I'm on them all day and it would be worse in the morning. I could hardly get out of bed it was that bad. My feet have not hurt me since I changed to skechers!! I swear by them!!

I struggled for years with this, it is very painful. I purchased some hard plastic inserts from the good feet store and wore them religiously along with PT. Finally pain free.

Thank you guys for all these tips. I'm not a fan of shoes and I don't like sandals that touch my toes, but this pain makes me happy to see my shoes. I hate shoes so much I didn't even own enough socks to get me through the week. 🙃 I like everyone's tips and your support means allot. I'm the only chunky in my home my kids and husband are very fit. So they don't understand what I'm going through. And they're very unforgiving.

When I had it the treatment was inserts in my shoes even my slippers. That solved it and after a few years I didn't have to keep wearing the inserts
