the crazy long planned weekend has past. Don't know what's next. Not sure that my plans worked as far. Will see.. a decision will come in time about what is next. At the moment i have a work overload, just too much stress to handle even without a diet. But... maybe the extra work would make me feel productive and take mu mind of the food. So maybe this is what my diet needs. The workouts will continue. Because I just LOOOOVEEEE my workouts.
So... I guess. 1.Focus on work. 2.Focus on solutions instead of problems. 3.move move move!!!! strength, yoga, dance and all the good stuff.
