Day after a binge. I was in the 150s two months ago. An unexpected event happened and I've been coping with food. Accountability note... This stops now, I'm taking back control. I woke up full and feel disgusting. Yoga, cardio, and fresh light home cooking is on the agenda today. I will not fall back into late night overeating. I don't like how I feel uncomfortably full from yesterday. This is not me and it will not continue. Time to kick today's a**.
