Eats from last week. Everyone's entries help so much. I love seeing people hit goals! I wish I could say the late night cravings have stopped... I'm still having issues with eating when stressed or right before bed. Tea, gum & water seem to help. Tips? 💛

First time making gf bread. Chili and veg soup from scratch! I will not mindlessly snack tonight. I have Earl Grey & a bath waiting for me. I went on a decent walk and yoga helped zen me out. This app is great. The posts are inspiring. We got this! ♡

Day after a binge. I was in the 150s two months ago. An unexpected event happened and I've been coping with food. Accountability note... This stops now, I'm taking back control. I woke up full and feel disgusting. Yoga, cardio, and fresh light home cooking is on the agenda today. I will not fall back into late night overeating. I don't like how I feel uncomfortably full from yesterday. This is not me and it will not continue. Time to kick today's a**.
