Ahg. I gained quite a bit. I suppose it's apart of the learning process. I wasn't drinking enough water for a few days & had a few cheat snacks.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
