This is a 6-month success story. I reached an all-time high of 376 last June. I started gardening to get active and later (in November) enlisted the help of a nutritionist. I'm making moves !💃🏾
335.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 195.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
