1643 kcal Fat: 53.22g | Prot: 105.98g | Carb: 134.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets,  Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  Parmesan Cheese (Grated) ,  Mixed Salad Greens, Mezzetta Imported Golden Greek Peperoncini, Wegmans Albacore Tuna, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Dave's Killer Bread Thin-Sliced Good Seed Organic Bread. Dinner: Pork Loin (Whole, Lean Only),  Cooked String Beans (from Fresh), Butter,  Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Kashi Organic Blueberry Clusters, Chobani Fruit on the Bottom Pineapple,  Fruit Salad, Tito's Handmade Vodka, White Claw Clementine Hard Seltzer. more...
