1230 kcal Fat: 45.49g | Prot: 87.74g | Carb: 122.22g.   Breakfast: Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets,  Coffee,  Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: Cucumber (with Peel),  Olive Oil ,  Butter , Green Giant Cauliflower Crumbles "Fried Rice" Blend, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Wegmans Albacore Tuna, Dave's Killer Bread Thin-Sliced Good Seed Organic Bread. Dinner: Aldi Blue Cheese Crumbles,  Olive Oil ,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Butter, Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Eaten, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Turkey Breast Meat. Snacks/Other: Chobani Blackberry on The Bottom, Chobani Lowfat Passion Fruit Greek Yogurt,  Blackberries . more...
