No weight change. Eating on average 2900 calories a day and training 4 times a week. Maybe I've managed to revive my metabolism with a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to this app and the community who always provides so much support. Still 5 kilos to reach my optimum. But i ask myself. Will i ever be satisfied? I should be content with progress and not perfection. 🤣 🙏
201.1 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
