Losing excess liquids and some muscle mass. Got the all clear from my Doc to go for a short and painfully slow walk in the park. 7 weeks and 2 days to go before I can start rehabilitating the muscles again.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
