The normal weight increase over the weekend. Getting used to having 5 good days of weight loss and 2 days of normal eating and a little weight gain over the weekend. Getting close to my goal and feeling healthier than I've felt in years.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2846 kcal Fat: 136.34g | Prot: 131.97g | Carb: 273.10g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg , Nola Mayonnaise, Chicken Breast, Egg White Omelet. Lunch: Bacon, Chicken and Tomato Club Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread. Dinner: Nando's 1/4 Chicken Leg / Thigh, Cooked Pumpkin (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Creamed Spinach. Snacks/Other: White Sweet Corn (Kernels on Cob, Frozen) , Bakers Nuttikrust (6), Bakers Mini Cheddars, Pyotts Mini Cheddars, Bakers Gossips Vanilla Flavoured, Coffee with Milk. more...
