It was a tough week, but I made it. Definitely into the period where I'm starting to feel better and see results. However for me, this is the dangerous time where I start to think I can relax a little. It's a slippery slope. Here's to all who struggle, we can do this!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
