My opinion, the easy part is to loose weight, the chalenge is to maintain after you reach your goal.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

its called obesity and its not only around the waste but in the head also.

It's a mindset switch and a lifestyle you need to change to order to maintain your goal.

I have been maintaining, even picked up some weight, but I train hard and what I look like is more important than what I weigh. I do however get on the scale weekly to make sure I'm still in the ball park! Good luck!
