UGH!!!!! this is very upsetting. I have been doing the "Insanity" workout everyday for a week now and have completely changed my eating habits....yet I have gained 4pounds. >:( feeling like I have lost all control of my body. Very discouraged today.

Have you been tracking your food? Also, what if it's the possibility of muscle gain rather than fat gain? Especially if you've ben working out like crazy all week!

I reccomend MyFitnessPal. It keeps track of everything and how many calories you burn! It is truely amazing! I have been using it for a month now.
