start diet 10 maret alhamdulilah belum genap 2bln masih kurang 1minggu lgi gnap 2 bln bb udah merosot 6kg smoga aja lancar smpai target diet nya santai tapi bb mau ttp turun walapun slow
185.0 lb Lost so far: 26.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
