My friend from Niagara Falls is visiting this week, so we will probably eat out a lot, because it's fun to do that when you have visitors! I wish there was a way (other than this way) to make notes at the end of the day (below the "SNACK" ) to just write a few private notes about the day, such as last night we went to the Oarsman, and I had "Mushrooms and Cheese on toast with a small Caesar salad" I have no idea how many calories were in either of those things, the Caesar salad had hardly any dressing on it, compared to others that have gobs of it. We will be going to lunch today, I don't know where, but it would be nice to be able to write a s note, to explain why "LUNCH" is empty!
