Nausea’s got me down 😧

Yep if anything can get me down its stupid nausea...drink liquids ...don't dehydrate yourself...praying you feel better too;)

Thank you all! I had some diet ginger ale and double fiber toast and it eased it quite a bit! Yes, I do need to be mindful to stay hydrated!

if your on keto, nausea is a sign that your stalling your metabolism, your fats/calorie intake are too low. also make sure your hidrated.
