bizzybee38's Journal, 09 February 2018

I ate three peanut butter cookies yesterday. Yes, three. I know I should not have eaten them, but I did anyway. I have been on a crazy rollercoaster ride since the beginning of the week. Work stress, my dad's surgery, my wedding planning, finances, my son, ugh, I am holding it together with cookies. Just kidding.

Tomorrow I get on the scale, but before that happens, I am on a 24 hour fast. Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water for breakfast lunch and dinner. Coffee, tea and water for the remainder of the day. I am going to the gym after work to do a HIIT treadmill workout and some weights after that. What I ate and how disappointed I was can't be undone, but I can trudge forward.

Don't look back...look forward..refocus and re-motivate...this is a life long journey...not a short term amble...

Thanks SCottH. I am putting it behind me so that I don't continue down my cookie path.

Eat 'em slow, enjoy them, and go on. Just a momentary pause, not a road block. Keep going!

Do you find that the Apple cider vinegar really helps? I’ve heard mixed things about it but was thinking I might try it. Someone on YouTube explained that it helped by changing the ph in our bodies. That made a bit of sense to me but I’m still not sure about weight loss
