bizzybee38's Journal, 04 February 2018

I looked over my weight entries and for the 5 years that I have used this site I don't have a single entry of being in the 150's. I have topped out at 160 and that has been the end. This feels like a physical and mental challenge. I started googling how to lose the last 10 lbs. A part of me thinks that this is impossible and another part thinks that if I just lose one lb to get to 159 then I can do this. I need to find balance this week so that if I don't make that goal then I don't lose all hope of it being possible. Friends, if I do make that goal you will hear me rejoicing no matter which country or state you reside in. Have a good week.

I felt good about reaching just under 160 on February 1st. I ate hardly anything the day before. I used to do that when I was in Weight Watchers, fasting the day before and all day before getting weighed in. Then a bunch of us from the group would go out to eat!

Fritzy 22 I read your post about going under 150 and I was encouraged.

8Patty I intermittent fast at least until noon about twice a week. Last week I accidentally did it four out of 5 days

Hi Bizzybee, I see you are eating LC. The last 10 lbs are the toughest to get rid of, no matter your WOE! I suggest you check your BMR for your goal weight, and re-do your calorie and macro targets. If you are stalled on weight loss, you might try a 3 day Atkins fat fast: 80 to 90% fat, 4 feedings of 250 calories each, as close to zero carbs as you can get. That typically works to get the scale moving downward for me.
