Vegas Kevin a lot of people in this group are keto which is not a calorie counting diet. High fat high protein. I’m not keto, I’m a calorie counter.

Thanks all! @VegasKevin - 493 calories; but like my friend said, for some of us it ain't about the calories, but the MACRONUTRIENT ratios. @mylahxandermom - thanks for chiming in. @T8U9 - might be your medication? LOL!
