I am so sorry that I have not been on for a long time, that means setbacks of course. It has been a long and hard winter, have been pulling inward. I want to walk outside even though it is muddy. I very, very, very happy to see many are doing so well. Even when you can maintain it is a big plus in life now I see that, hope to get new motivation for myself going, for no activity means bad for the heart as well as weight gain. Eaten today so far: 2 Eggs with little olive&veg oils, and cabbage salad, husbands Greek Village crunchy white homemade, no fat or oil, or butter added! bread,1 medium slice cut with a bread knife. Three bean, tomato broth, homemade soup with little added pure extra virgin olive oil, 1 very big bowl.
