I never do public weight loss stuff like this- I'm pretty private and I guess embarrassed to be overweight- even though I absolutely support other people making their struggles public and getting support. so why not me too? this community seems so positive that I'm gonna give it a try. my big goal right now is too eat less. in general I already eat healthy. low carb and low sugar, very minimal junk food. but I just eat too much. I love to eat!
