Duh!!!! It finally dawned on me. Keto burns fat even if you aren't consistently losing weight. As I'm walking I often have to pull my pants up. Size 14s are falling off me. So I'm reshaping this body even though the weight doesn't come off as fast as I'd like. I was watching YouTube keto videos when someone said their clothes keep getting looser even though not losing weight quickly. For some great inspiration check out Butter BOB's "butter makes your pants fall off " video. I hope it's ok for me to mention that.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YES! I can't figure out why, but my maintenance TDI is totally different on keto than it was on low-ish carb, which was already very different from when I was eating lots of processed carbs. Thanks for video reference; hadn't come across that before.
