I need to work out more! I haven't done any pilates in like a month and yoga has gotten harder :( I can tell I'm losing endurance due to my busy-ness
120.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
