So today is one of those on the go day's and I'm dead tired.. No time to juice and not time for better eating habits...I worked the night shift and I have to go to my husband's family reunion today and then leave for work at 2:30 and work till 11 tonight...I'm already upset for my poor choice in the energy drink but I'm just dead today... I'm gonna be very careful about what I eat today at lunch.. I'm not gonna get down on myself because I am doing good
