Pulled split pea soup out of the freezer and added curry, cumin, and turmeric for an anti-inflammatory and tasty kick.

Love split pea soup - usually skip the taters because of carbs but it is satisfying

I made this before I cut white potatoes out of my diet; it's been chilling in the freezer for some time. Glen, just start experimenting! It's completely worth the effort in flavor and micronutrients.

My type of soup. Not right now as I`m on keto but I was always preparing this kind of soup.
