My weird little lunch of buckwheat, beans, and cucumber. Grocery shopping tonight!

Looks good - I have done variations on this with lentils and bulgur. I love bulgur , give it a try .

Looks good, I ate left overs tonight, ground turkey sausage and Bush's Baked Beans.
