I soaked my oats overnight to make them easier to digest. I stirred in peanut butter, flax seed and cinnamon. Will top with a splash of coconut hemp milk and have some licorice tea alongside. Have a great day!

Do you like your oats after then have been soaked? We didn't. But maybe they are something you need to acquire a taste for? Anyway, it looks good to me.

I don't like them cold, is all. I usually overcook oats anyway, so they were about the same as I'm used to, honestly.

Oh, I don't like cold foods either, especially when they are supposed to be eaten hot. lol
I also overcook my oats, better overcooked than under cooked to me anyway.
Thanks, I may have to try them again tomorrow. Soak them tonight, eat them tomorrow.
Are these Old Fashioned oats, or just Whole oats? I don't know much about them, except how to cook them.

SL, they are old fashioned or rolled oats. Steel cut would be less mushy. Thanks, Perks!

Looks good, but I'm the same I'd have to heat them up. But I do like to do hot oats with peanut butter, flax, and cinnamon. So good!
