Sally Forest's Journal, 12 July 2017

Slept well, up at 7am to go to spa to exercise. Left to go to Y about 10:00am. Did 5 min on treadmill and 8 minutes on rowing machine and 45 min on nustepper. Then went to aldi's and diabetes center to pick up scrip and then dollar store and iga. Came home and prepped foods for tomorrow's salad lunch for TOPS. Cucumbers, cauliflower, diced Roma tomatoes, shredded purple and white cabbage, black and green sliced olives, black eyed pea salad. Angie called when I was gone and will call Eloise later.
